Amazon Agency Pricing

Honest, bespoke pricing built around your account and your goals.

We understand that pricing is one of the first things you want to know before reaching out to an agency. We have written this page to be as transparent as possible about how our pricing works even though we do not publish fixed prices. Here is why, and what you can expect.

Why We Do Not Publish Fixed Prices

Amazon agency pricing is genuinely not one-size-fits-all, and any agency that gives you a flat rate without understanding your account is probably not giving you a meaningful quote. The right scope and price for your business depends on a range of factors that vary significantly from one client to the next.

Account Size and Complexity

A seller with 10 SKUs and one advertising campaign needs a very different level of work to a brand with 500 SKUs, 50 active campaigns across three marketplaces and a Vendor Central account to manage alongside it.

Number of Amazon Marketplaces

Managing Amazon UK alone is a different engagement to managing Amazon UK, Amazon DE, Amazon FR and Amazon USA simultaneously. Each marketplace requires its own keyword research, localised content and campaign structure.

Current Account Baseline

An account that already has solid foundations such as well-structured campaigns, optimised listings and clean account health, requires less remediation work upfront than one that has been mismanaged, has suppressed listings or has significant structural problems in its advertising.

Services Required

Some clients need a single service for example a listing SEO project or a one-off brand store build. Others need a full-service monthly retainer covering PPC management, SEO monitoring, catalogue maintenance and strategic oversight. The scope drives the price.

Business Goals and Growth Stage

A brand investing aggressively in growth and scaling ad spend will need more active management than a seller focused on maintaining and optimising an established account at steady state.

How Our Pricing Is Structured

While we do not publish fixed rates, here is how our pricing works in practice so you know what to expect.

One-off Project Pricing

For services with a defined scope and end point i.e. an Amazon audit, a brand store build, a listing optimisation project for a specific set of products, or product uploads, we price on a fixed project basis. You receive a clear quote before we begin and pay for a defined deliverable.

This applies to: Amazon audits, brand store creation, product listing SEO projects, bulk product uploads.

Monthly retainer pricing

For ongoing services (primarily PPC advertising management and continuous account optimisation) we work on a monthly retainer basis. Retainer pricing reflects the size and complexity of the account and the scope of services included.

Retainers include: agreed deliverables each month, regular performance reporting, proactive campaign and listing management, and a monthly review call to discuss results and priorities.

Performance-linked components: For some clients, particularly those on full-service retainers, we build in performance-linked elements that align our incentives directly with your growth. This means a base retainer fee alongside a component tied to revenue or advertising performance milestones.

What Affects Your Quote

To give you a meaningful quote, we need to understand your account. The main factors that shape pricing are:

  • The number of active SKUs across your catalogue

  • The number of Amazon marketplaces you sell on or plan to sell on

  • Your current monthly ad spend (for PPC retainers)

  • Which services you need: PPC only, SEO only, full account management, or a combination

  • The current state of your account: new seller, established account or account requiring significant remediation

  • Your growth goals and timeline

We ask for this information during our initial consultation, which is free and carries no obligation. After the consultation, we provide a clear written proposal outlining scope, deliverables and pricing.

What You Get for Your Investment

Regardless of the service or scope, every Convise engagement includes:

  • A clear written brief and scope agreed before work begins so no surprises

  • Direct access to the specialist managing your account, not a junior account manager

  • Regular performance updates and plain-English reporting

  • Proactive recommendations, not just reactive management

  • A genuine focus on your commercial outcomes: revenue, profitability, organic rank, not just activity metrics

Is Convise Right for Your Budget?

We work with businesses at a range of scales. From growing brands spending a few hundred pounds a month on Amazon ads to established sellers spending tens of thousands. We do not have a minimum spend threshold, but we will always be honest with you if we think the investment in agency support does not yet make commercial sense for your business.

If you are in the early stages of selling on Amazon and your ad spend is very small, the most valuable starting point is often a one-off audit or a listing optimisation project. This is a defined piece of work that builds your foundations before you invest in ongoing management.

Frequently Asked Questions On Pricing

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend for PPC management? Some agencies charge a percentage of ad spend, which creates a misaligned incentive (the higher your spend, the more they earn, regardless of whether that spend is profitable). Our retainer model is based on scope of work and account complexity rather than a percentage of spend.

Are there setup fees or minimum contract lengths? We do not charge hidden setup fees. For retainers, we ask for an initial period (typically three months) to allow enough time for campaigns to build data, optimisations to take effect and organic rank to improve. We are transparent about this from the outset.

Do you offer one-off projects or ongoing retainers? Both. We offer project-based services (audits, listing optimisation, brand store builds) and ongoing retainer packages for continuous PPC management, SEO monitoring, and account optimisation.

Can I start with a one-off project and move to a retainer later? Yes, and many clients do exactly this. An audit is often the ideal starting point as it gives you a clear picture of your account and a prioritised action plan, and it gives us the knowledge we need to scope an ongoing retainer accurately.
